Dear Air Ambulance Staff, Recently, my mother needed to be med-flighted home to Boston from Florida, due to her mis-diagnosis and unsuccessful treatment at a Florida hospital. The man who made the arrangements for us was George. He was so helpful and tried so hard to accommodate us in a timely fashion. We are very grateful for the time and concern he put into making all of the arrangements. The staff that we met were wonderful - very friendly, supportive and competent. The ambulance people were calming and reassuring. The pilots, Dale and Cyprian, and especially the medical staff, Julia and Jeff, were comforting at a time when we were very anxious. I am pleased to say my mother is fully recovered, and we owe much of that to you and your organization. Our sincere thanks.
